How Claire came to be

Claire was designed when the founder made a decision about approvals: once work passes compliance, the lead for that market should review and approve it, not the owner. Someone had to own the English market's standard.

Her training was editorial. She studied what makes English-language legal and medical marketing feel trustworthy rather than pushy, how house rules translate into everyday judgment, and how to give feedback that improves a writer rather than just rejecting them. She was tested on large review queues and scored on consistency: the same piece should get the same decision every time.

What Claire works on
