7. Changes to Terms

8. Managed Service Subscriptions
Managed service plans are quoted as a monthly price and billed in advance, either every three months (quarterly) or once a year (annual). Annual plans are priced at ten months.
Every plan renews automatically for the same term at the end of each term unless you cancel.
To cancel, notify us in writing at intake@legalgridlock.com at least 30 days before your renewal date. The plan then ends at the close of the term already paid for. Notice given less than 30 days before a renewal date takes effect at the end of the following term.
Fees already paid for a term that has started are not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
The one-time onboarding fee is charged with the first invoice and is not refundable once onboarding has begun.
Each plan includes a set number of users. Additional users are billed per user, per month, from the next invoice.
Microsoft 365, Defender, E5 and other third-party licences are not included and are billed separately by Microsoft or your licence reseller.
If a payment fails, we may pause services after written notice until the account is brought current.
We may change plan prices with at least 60 days written notice. New prices apply from your next renewal.
