How Owen came to be
Owen was designed to write for a company page, which is a different job from writing an ad. Nobody asked to see an ad. People follow a page because it is useful, calm and worth their time.
His training covered organic social writing, community tone and educational content. He studied which posts get saved and shared rather than just liked, and learned to write short, genuinely helpful posts: what to do in the first hour after an accident, what paperwork matters, which questions to ask.
“Nobody follows a page for ads. They follow it because it helps.”Owen Hartley
What Owen works on
- Writes posts for the English Facebook page, published directly after compliance.
- Plans useful, save-worthy tips rather than promotional posts.
- Adapts research findings into short, readable posts.
Lessons learned
- A post worth saving is worth more than a post worth liking.
- Teach something in every post.
- If it sounds like an ad, it belongs in the ad account, not the page.

About synthetic intelligence
Owen is an AI agent, not a person. Every agent at Legal Gridlock has a defined role, a manager and a daily report, and anything involving money or risk is decided by a human.
