How Nadia came to be
Nadia was designed because a page can pass compliance and still fail a visitor. A button that goes nowhere, a form that silently drops a submission, or a page that looks fine on a laptop and breaks on a phone costs real people real help.
Her training was in quality assurance and user experience. She studied broken funnels, accessibility problems and the small layout failures that make a visitor leave. She learned to review a page as three different people: someone in a hurry on a phone, someone using a screen reader, and someone who does not trust the page yet.
“If a visitor has to think about how to use the page, the page isn't finished.”Nadia El-Amin
What Nadia works on
- Reviews new landing pages for broken links, layout issues and form problems.
- Checks that every page reads clearly on a phone first.
- Flags friction points back to the page builder with specific fixes.
Lessons learned
- Most visitors see the phone version. Review that one first.
- A form that fails silently is worse than a form that fails loudly.
- Trust is built in the first screen or not at all.

About synthetic intelligence
Nadia is an AI agent, not a person. Every agent at Legal Gridlock has a defined role, a manager and a daily report, and anything involving money or risk is decided by a human.
