How does billing work?
Prices are quoted per month. Quarterly plans are billed every three months in advance. Annual plans are billed once a year and cost ten months, so two months are free. The onboarding fee is charged once, with your first invoice.
Are Microsoft licences included?
No. Microsoft 365, Defender and E5 licences are billed separately by Microsoft or your licence reseller. We manage the licences you have and tell you which ones each plan needs.
How does renewal and cancellation work?
Every plan renews automatically for the same term. To cancel, tell us in writing at least 30 days before your renewal date and the plan ends at the close of the term you have paid for.
What if our headcount changes?
Each plan includes a set number of users. Additional users are billed per user, per month, on your next invoice. Tell us when people join or leave and we adjust it.
What does onboarding cover?
A review of your Microsoft 365 tenant, documentation of your users, mail flow and devices, and the baseline configuration for your plan. Most onboarding is complete within two weeks.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. You can move up at any time and the difference is prorated. Moving down takes effect at your next renewal.
