The problem we set out to solve

People look for help right after a crash, often late at night and often in a language other than English. Most intake forms ask for a phone number before answering a single question, so many leave, and the ones who stay arrive with almost no facts about their case.

We built the opposite. A free AI consultant answers first, gathers the facts in a natural conversation, and only asks for contact details once the person wants to be called. Firms receive a matter that is already qualified, documented and consented.

  • Chat assistant that answers before it asks for anything
  • Phone number verified by text before a lead is created
  • Voice agent that calls back in English, Spanish or Arabic
  • Consent language recorded with an independent TrustedForm certificate
  • Qualified matters routed to a participating attorney, with a live transfer when one is available

What we built

One platform, from the first search to the attorney's phone.

Three separate language sites

Every page exists in English, Spanish and Arabic at its own address, with right-to-left layout for Arabic, including local pages for 113 US cities and plain-language guides.

AI chat intake

Alex, an AI consultant, explains how injury claims work, collects the facts of the accident and never presents itself as a lawyer.

AI voice agents

Natively written voice agents in each language place the callback, handle voicemail and screeners, and complete the intake by phone.

Consent and compliance

TCPA consent text shown in the visitor's language, TrustedForm certificates on every lead, and a compliance review that every page, article and ad must pass before it goes live.

Lead dashboard

Source, campaign, landing page, device and search keyword on every lead, with call recordings, transcripts, AI scoring by case tier and a sync to HubSpot.

An AI marketing team

AI agents research demand, write landing pages and articles, and design ads. Anything that publishes passes compliance first, and nothing that spends money runs without owner approval.

How a case moves through it

1

Find

Someone searches after a crash and lands on a city page or guide in their own language.

2

Talk

They chat with Alex or ask for a call, and get real answers before sharing anything.

3

Verify

They confirm their phone number by text, and the consent they saw is recorded.

4

Connect

The intake is completed and scored, then the case goes to a participating attorney.

See it running

CheckMyAccidentValue.com is live, and every part described here is in production. It is also where we test ideas before we build them for client firms.
